We bought several of the Halo toys for my son’s 5th birthday. He loves them all and they are durable enough to keep up with his rough play.

The Heroic Collection of Halo toys are nice overall in quality and detail. The problem is they are VERY small. So as much as they make a nice desk-top trio, you’d be better off buying a normal sized figurine.
I don’t regret the purchase as they are quite nice, I just find other options to be of better value and usefulness.

PROS: These three Halo figurines do not disappoint on appearance. They are finely detailed with accurate sculpting and vivid color and shading. I like that each figure in this pack has a different weapon type.
CONS:
1. As far as I can tell there is only one movable joint – each figure rotates/bends at the waist. No arm, head, or leg movement. For the price I expected at least head to rotate – possibly arms.
2. The black plastic circles help the purple and red figures to stand well, but the white figure is absolutely FLAWED. The figure’s left foot is a swivel joint, and the black circle connects to its toe. I am barely able to make this figure stand on its own, even with the rotating foot to change the angle on the table/floor. It takes a lot of effort, and my young son can’t make it stand at all on his own, which is very upsetting to him. I’m going to have to glue this figure’s feet to cardboard or something so that my son can use it without getting mad.
Without the poor design of the white figure I would have rated this pack 4 stars, but because of that I lowered the rating to 3 stars.
