raiden is ok but i would rather play as grayfox.. but it would have to be the same graphics as what this video shows.. it sucks that they just kill fox and bring raiden out of nowhere :s why not do a few games where you play through his story? that would be perfect for ps3 and xbox360
Is this the same Raiden cause he looks different and his eyes arent blue anymore,? just curious? Or maybe he is more cyborg than in MGS4? Either way this looks awesome so far, doesnt feel like a Metal Gear but its still early to tell, but Im betting it will be good either way!
@Skydude69 I rather play as a guy that looks more like a guy than someone only pretending to be one in a ninja cyborg suit acting like that yellow haired Naruuto hes still that same painsy underneath and he looks more emo than ever

@SolitarySnake91 What’s wrong with Raiden? He was a pansy in MGS2 yes, but they really did a lot for the character and turned him into kind of a bad ass in MGS4. They’ve already done a game with Big Boss, Several actually, and Grey fox was a bad guy until the very end of MGS1. I think it will be an awesome game.
@kirbthe7 I doubt that there will be no guns. Just the sword is Bad ass though… Cutting everything to pieces…. =D looks fun to me.

I disagree. If you remember from MGS4, Raiden talked a little about where he was before teaming up with Snake. This game is about Raidens adventures, saving Sunny from the patriots is an example. It’s still a Metal Gear, and there may be and actual metal gear. I am sad that Snake is likely gone, but they definitely pimped Raiden out, as opposed to the pussy he was in MGS2
@SolitarySnake91 I agree dude, Gray Fox, The Boss, and many others would have been a better choice than Raiden. I would have rather even plaed as Otacon than Raiden
@aasaddaad not always o.o Big Boss ((naked is snake)) its better than Solid well at least thats my opinion ._. but RAIDEN?! WTF is that thing!!! they should make a game from Gray Fox or the Boss but RAIDEN!!!???

@ManKindBMX93 It wasn’t called “Metal Gear Solid” because of Solid Snake. Its because Metal Gear Solid is 3-D, and its “solid graphics”,since then every single MGS game is 3-D, its still “solid”. but I might be wrong, but thats just what I read.
HAHA just cause metal gear got bought into xbox doesn’t mean they’ll quit on ps3. come on now lolz. And metal gear is still going because big boss (solidest) who ever died in the end concluded that more was going to happen. So its still should be story line based. My question is, that if its truely raiden, and if it is, is his son gonna help lolz.

@imthegreatest12345 It’s funny you say this because they’ve just announced that this is a prequel. It’s got the same story, so as far as they are concerned it’s the same game, it’s not just “named after it because of the protagonist”
