Kinect hits stores November 4th, 2010 and it will change the way you play and interact with your home entertainment system.

This 3D tracking device works differently than the motion capture devices found in both the Nintendo Wii and PlayStation Move. You don’t hold an extra device meaning that with Kinect, YOU are the controller. It captures every arm wave, jump, kick, punch throw that you make all in 3D and all in realtime translating it into a whole new way to play games. Out of the box it will also change the way you interact with you Xbox 360 too. Move your hand to the right and the main menus will move to the right.

Some game industry observers are already calling Kinect “the Next Generation in motion based entertainment… better than the Wii“. Well, we are not going to go that far yet but we can tell you that Kinect is a bestseller and due to overwhelming demand, Amazon is restricting purchasers to only 1 Kinect per household & user account.
